Michael A. Wilson is the Founder and CEO of Nehemiah Factor, the property acquisition, revitalization, and stewardship arm of SBE Group.
With more than 20 years of experience in the building industry, Michael’s background includes construction, renovation, project management, and property investment. Throughout his career, he has come to believe that restoring a property can do more than improve a structure. Done thoughtfully, it can preserve history, strengthen a neighborhood, and renew people’s sense of possibility in the place they call home.
That belief is the foundation of Nehemiah Factor.
Michael is drawn to the potential in places others may overlook. Where others see an aging home, a vacant property, or a struggling block, he sees history, character, and an opportunity for responsible restoration. Nehemiah Factor takes an inside-out approach to revitalization—beginning property by property, preserving the character of established neighborhoods, and creating lasting value through thoughtful investment and long-term care.
Property stewardship is central to this work. Michael believes everyone deserves to come home to a place that supports well-being and inspires pride in the surrounding community. Through property management and stewardship services, Nehemiah Factor cares responsibly for the properties entrusted to it while building the capacity to reinvest in restoration, preservation, and neighborhood renewal.
